College Assessment Tips and Times
The College Assessment provides information about your English and mathematics skills. The assessment includes questions on reading comprehension, sentence skills, essay writing, and elementary algebra. Your admission to BCC does not depend on how well you perform on this assessment. The results help BCC to place you in the most appropriate courses for your level of preparation. In some cases, this may include developmental courses. Contact the Test Center if you have any questions about the College Assessment.
Assessment Tips:
- Complete and turn in your application for admission to BCC prior to scheduling the assessment.
- Call extension 1942 at (609) 894-9311 or (856) 222-9311, an annoncement and automated scheduling service
- The assessment session is approximately 1.5 hours. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early.
- Bring photo identification and No. 2 pencils.
- Cell phones and other electronic devices are prohibited.
Assessment Schedule:
College Assessments are offered at the Pemberton and Mt. Laurel Campuses, the Willingboro Center, the Mt. Holly Career and McGuire AFB. For Test Center information and schedules, consult the Test Center site. The Events Calendar also includes the Test Center schedule.
