The College Assessment provides information about your English and mathematics skills. The assessment includes questions on reading comprehension, sentence skills, essay writing, and elementary algebra. Your admission to BCC does not depend on how well you perform on this assessment. The results help BCC to place you in the most appropriate courses for your level of preparation. In some cases, this may include developmental courses. If you have further questions regarding the College Assessment, contact the Test Center at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Complete and turn in your application for admission to BCC prior to scheduling the assessment. The assessment session is approximately 1.5 hours. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early.
