Burlington County College offers four types of degrees: Associate of Arts (A.A.), Associate of Fine Arts (A.F.A.), Associate of Science (A.S.) and Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.). All students who plan to graduate must apply for graduation. Graduation is not automatic. The Registrar's Office recommends that a student submit a graduation application after completing 48 credits. The graduation application form may be accessed via the application icon below.

The college offers graduation in the following semesters: Spring, Summer II and Fall. In order to be considered for graduation in these terms you must adhere to the following deadlines:
Requirements for Graduation
- All grades are posted.
- All General Education and specific program courses are completed.
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA) is 2.0 or higher.
- All X grade requirements are completed.
- All I grade requirements are completed and grade change processed.
- An online application for graduation is submitted.
Note: Grades of “X” should be made up within the next 12 months the student is enrolled at the College. A student cannot graduate until the “X” Contract is fulfilled or the X grades changes to an F grade. Course requirements for I grades must be completed within 30 calendar days beginning with the first day of the next semester/term; otherwise, the “I” becomes an F grade. Students cannot graduate until the “I” contract if fulfilled and a change of grade processed.
