
Accounting Certificate Course Descriptions
This certificate program provides knowledge, skills and practice in Accounting and related fields for a person with work experience or educational background in a non-accounting field. This certificate program requires a minimum of 33 credit hours. Persons with either a bachelor's degree or associate degree may substitute business courses or computer science courses in place of Math and English courses. In other words those with an AS, BS or BA degree may use this program to enter a four-year accounting degree program. Certificate holders can also enter either private or public service areas.
