Business and Industry Customized Training

When "Off the Rack" Just Won't Do...

Highly skilled, motivated employees are key to your business' success. Skill-enhancing training can also serve as a powerful employee retention tool in today's competitive labor market. Employees often list training second only to healthcare when ranking benefits in order of importance.

Time is money when it comes to training your staff. Sometimes, pre-packaged training programs just don't measure up to the specific needs of your industry, your company, or even your branch or location. Let BCC's Business and Workforce Development staff analyze your goals, timeline, and budget. We'll tailor training solutions to meet your specific challenges - and deliver them, day or night, at your site or one of the college's convenient facilities in Mt. Laurel, Pemberton, Willingboro, or Mt. Holly.

NJ State Funding for Employee Training

BCC's Customized Training staff will help you assess your company's eligibility for any available grant funds and lead you through the grant application process quickly and efficiently. Through this process, many of our clients have been able to bring customized training programs to their employees at a recduced expense.
