Fall 2013 Financial Aid Priority Deadline
The Financial Aid Office must be in receipt of FAFSAs and all Verification documents in order to post aid eligibility.
July 30, 2013 is the Payment Due Date. If students do not have aid posted and register after July 30, 2013, at the time of registration students must pay their bills to assure that they will not be deregistered.
July 31, 2013 is the Standard Registration Date.
Students who enroll after the July 30, 2013 Payment Due Date
- Must pay their bill in full by 8 PM on the day that they register their classes for Fall 2013 or
- May enroll in a Payment Plan by 8 PM on the same day that they register for their classes for Fall 2013 (see Business Office webpage and click on Payment Plan Options)
September 4, 2013 is the last date to add courses for the Fall 2013 Semester.
If financial aid is PENDING on the student account, student may use the deferred payment plan. For students that have partial aid, any remaining balance will need to resolved prior to July 30, 2013 either through payment in full or enrollment in the deferred payment plan.
Fall 2013 - Payment plans available on March 25, 2013. Tuition must be paid by July 30, 2013. Students enrolling after this date must pay in full or enroll in a payment plan by 8 pm that same day. September 4, 2013 is the last day to add a class.

Spring 2014 Financial Aid Office Priority Deadline
For students who will attend BCC in Spring 2014 and want to use financial aid to pay their registration bill, the Financial Aid Office must be in receipt of their FAFSA and all requested documentation by October 4, 2013.
Applications will not be given priority consideration if the Financial Aid Office does not receive a FAFSA and/or all required documentation before October 4, 2013. At the time of registration, students must pay their bill to assure that they will not be deregistered on December 3, 2013, the payment due date.

IF financial aid is posted to your account and showing in a pending status, youcan sign up for a deferred payment plan. Financial aid must be listed on the account in the pending area to utilize the deferred plan. Contact the Business Office for Payment Plan options. 609-894-9311 Ext. 1285
NJ Tuition Aid Grant Application Deadlines
Below are the deadlines by which students FAFSAs must be received (not postmarked) by the Central Processing System for New Jersey State programs such as TAG, NJ STARS I and NJ STARS II.
