Spring 2012 Financial Aid Priority Deadline
November 18, 2011 is the Priority Deadline for students who will attend BCC in the Spring 2012 Semester and who want to use financial aid to pay their registration bills. The Financial Aid Office must be in receipt of FAFSAs and all Verification documents by the Priority Deadline. If the Financial Aid Office receives FAFSAs after November 18, 2011, applications cannot be given priority consideration.
November 29, 2011 is the Payment Due Date. If students do not meet the Priority Deadline and register after November 18, 2011, at the time of registration students must pay their bills to assure that they will not be deregistered on November 29, 2011.
November 30, 2011 is the Late Registration Date.
Students who enroll after the November 29, 2011, Payment Due Date
- Must pay their bill in full by 8 PM on the day that they register their classes for Spring 2012 or
- May enroll in a Payment Plan by 8 PM on the same day that they register for their classes for Spring 2012 (see Business Office webpage and click on Payment Plan Options)
January 26, 2012 is the last date to add courses for the Spring 2012 Semester.
Students enrolling after November 29, 2011 payment due date must pay in full or enroll in payment plan by 8 pm on the same day of registration. If financial aid is in pending on the student account, student may use the deferred payment plan. Same deadlines apply. Once financial aid is applied and clears the account student may terminate the payment plan (in writing) with the Business Office.

Fall 2011 Financial Aid Office Priority Deadline
For students who will attend BCC in Fall 2011 and want to use financial aid to pay their registration bill, the Financial Aid Office must be in receipt of their FAFSA and all requested documentation by July 22, 2011.
Applications will not be given priority consideration if the Financial Aid Office receives FAFSAs after July 22, 2011. At the time of registration, students must pay their bill to assure that they will not be deregistered on August 2, 2011, the payment due date.

NJ Tuition Aid Grant Application Deadlines
Below are the deadlines by which students FAFSAs must be received (not postmarked) by the Central Processing System for New Jersey State programs such as TAG, NJ STARS I and NJ STARS II.
