Tuition and Fees

Tuition for Burlington County residents is among the most affordable in NJ because county, state and federal Funding support the College. Tuition and other charges are subject to change at any time in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Trustees of Burlington County College. The tuition and fees listed in this section do not include course/materials fees assessed for certain courses. Course/materials fees are listed in the Schedule of Courses. BCC accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards for payment of tuition and fees. An installment tuition payment plan is also available to make college more accessible to our students.

Special Rates for Senior Adults Students aged 60 years and above pay $32 per credit, plus technology fee and supplemental fee. You will pay all applicable course fees listed in the master schedule as well as late and change fees, but no application or general fee or student activity fee will be charged. A waiver form must be completed and you must provide proof of age and Burlington County residency at the time of registration.

Miscellaneous Fee Summary

Application Fee 
Each applicant must pay a fee of $20 when he/she first applies for admission to the college. This processing fee is not refundable

General/Activity Fee 
A $13.50 fee per credit hour is charged all students to provide funds for student cultural and social programs.

 Technology Fee 
A $9 fee per credit hour enables the college to add and replace computers, software, library equipment, and other items for student use.

 Student Activity Fee 
A $4.00 for student events etc.

 Supplemental Fee
A $2 fee per credit to provide for the costs associated with the graduation process and transcript requests.

 Facilities Fee
A $1 per credit fee to support capital and facility needs at the College.

 Course/Materials Fees 
Several college courses require additional fees to pay for laboratory hours and/or additional materials required for the course. All lab/materials fees are listed with courses in the Course Schedule.

 Returned Check Fee 
Any check returned to the college by the bank on which it is drawn, for any reason, will incur a $35 processing fee in addition, in the future, the student's privilege of writing personal checks to the college may be revoked. Post-dated checks will not knowingly be accepted by the college, and if returned by the bank, are subject to the bad check fee.

 Schedule change fee 
This $20 NON-REFUNDABLE fee is charged each time a student adds a class or changes a section when the change is for the student's personal convenience or for a change in instructor.

 Identification Card 
Each student is issued a free ID card at the time of registration. There is a $20 fee for replacing a lost or mutilated card.

 Parking Sticker
Each student is issued a free Parking Sticker. There is a $10 fee for replacing a lost or mutilated sticker.
