The Office of Enrollment Services is designed to guide potential students through the stages of the enrollment process. The Office of Enrollment Services is dedicated to recruiting a diverse student population and providing prospective undergraduates with valuable information on BCC's many degree programs and certification options.

Fall 2014 registration will begin online only on March 24, 2014. In-person registration will begin April 7, 2014. Be sure to register early to get the best possible schedule. Remember to check the Business Office website for payment due dates for payment of any fees and other costs not covered by NJ STARS.

If you are planning to graduate at the end of the Spring 2014 semester and will be participating in the commencement ceremony, please contact the department regarding NJ STARS graduation regalia. Graduation applications are completed online via your WebAdvisor account. Applying for graduation is the only official evaluation of a student’s degree. Visit this website if you need assistance logging in and navigating WebAdvisor.
If you have not made an appointment to speak with a transfer advisor, it is highly recommended you do so. It is never too early to plan for transfer! Visit the Transfer Services website for more information.
Please remember the eligibility criteria for maintaining NJ STARS:
Complete the FAFSA application each year by the deadline with BCC listed as the first choice college (college code 007730). Visit the Financial Aid website for deadlines and other important information including deadlines to submit information, college code changes and additional documentation which may be required.
Submit additional information for state aid each year by the deadline to the Higher Education Student Assistance Authority (HESAA) and list BCC as your first choice college (all college code updates and changes must be reported directly to HESAA and FAFSA). Visit the Financial Aid website for deadlines and other important information.
Maintain continuous full-time enrollment with a minimum of 12 college-level credits in fall and spring semesters (students have five consecutive semesters of eligibility).
Maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA prior to the start of the third semester of NJ STARS eligibility.
Make payment arrangements for all fees and any other payments not covered by NJ STARS prior to the payment deadline for each semester. Visit the Business Office website for payment deadlines.
Communicate any schedule changes with the NJ STARS Coordinator and Financial Aid prior to making them.
Apply online for graduation in your WebAdvisor account after completing 48 college level credits.
NJ STARS Club
The NJ STARS Club is official! Please contact the President of the NJ STARS Club at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in joining! The club will focus on community and campus service projects, as well as help facilitate networking among NJ STARS students and alumni.
