Cooperative Education & Internships
What is the Co-op Program?
Cooperative Education is an extremely practical and rewarding way to improve your college education and your resume. Co-op allows you to combine career-related work experience with academic course work to enrich your total educational experience. The program allows you to obtain relevant work experience before graduating, while earning academic credit!
Why Become Involved in Co-op or Internships?
Through Cooperative Education, you can gain practical work experience, in your major, with top employers in business, industry, and government. By participating, you will enhance your chances in the job market and make contacts for your career future.
How do I Become Involved in the Co-op Program?
Visit Career Services to learn if you are eligible for Co-Op and receive assistance with finding a Co-Op opportunity or to learn if your current job would qualify. Start early to gain valuable work experience before you graduate.
