Graduation Information
38th Annual BCC Commencement Slated for Saturday May 17, 2008

Time: 9:00 am, graduates don caps and gowns; 9:15 am, graduates line up for processional; 9:45 am, processional; 10:00 am, graduation ceremony begins. Approximately 800 students will graduate and more than 450 are expected to participate in the ceremony.
Location: Weather-permitting, the ceremony will take place in the outdoor sculpture garden area behind the Lewis M. Parker College Center, Pemberton. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will move into the BCC gymnasium.
Ceremony: This year the keynote speaker will be Reverend Irving D. Fryar, Sr. Reverend Fryar is best known for his successful career as a star wide receiver in the NFL. Reverend Fryar is also a long-time friend of BCC and devotes his time as an inspirational speaker and mentor at numerous college events.
Also during the course of the ceremony the Student Government Association will present the Annual Professor of the Year Award and BCC President Dr. Robert C. Messina, Jr. will present the Annual Christian and Mary Lindback Distinguished Teaching Award to a deserving professor. Co-Valedictorians Vincent Stephen of Tabernacle and Savannah Steele of Browns Mills will also address the crowd and Lovepreet Butter of Bordentown and Denise DeForest of Browns Mills will receive the distinguished President's Award.
