Graduation Request Form
The due dates for the graduation application are as follows: (1) August 31st for a fall/winter graduation, and (2) January 31st for a spring (May) graduation.

Add/Drop Form
Some things to note prior to adding or dropping a course:
- Submission of a drop form does not guarantee approval by the registrar.
- The registrar does not approve drop forms over the weekend.
- Drop forms submitted over the weekend are received by the office on the next business day.
- The drop process takes time, and in some cases, will not be approved until the end of the term.
- The approval date (if approved by the registrar) of the drop form is recorded as the next business day of the submitted drop form.
- The student is responsible for checking their student portal to verify the course drop.
- The registration fee must be paid by the student regardless of a course drop.
Transcript Request Form
Every transcript costs $10. Students can pay for the transcript here.
Please note that all past balances must be paid before the school will release a transcript.

Change of Program/ Concentration Request
Students may not change their program/concentration in the middle of a trimester or if they have 5 classes left to complete their program. Program changes do not take effect until the trimester following the requested change.
